our interview process

1. phone screening

The first step in the interview process is a brief phone screening, conducted by the recruiter. This call lasts around 30 minutes and serves as an initial assessment of your background, experience, and motivation for applying. We will also discuss your salary expectations, availability and general fit for the role.

2. online hr interview

If you pass the phone screening, you will be invited to an online interview via Teams with our HR team. This step is more in-depth and usually lasts 45 minutes. The focus is on assessing your soft skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. We want to understand what drives you and how you see yourself growing within Darwind. You will also learn more about our company values, benefits and expectations for the role.

3. in-person business case

The next step is an In-Person business case interview, led by one of our consultants. You will be presented with a business case that requires analysis and problem-solving. We are looking for your ability to think critically, structure your approach logically, and provide well-founded recommendations. At the end of the session, you will present your findings, giving you the opportunity to demonstrating how you approach real-world challenges.

4. in-person interview with managing director

The final stage is a face-to-face interview with the managing director, focusing on your strategic mindset, leadership potential, and long-term fit within Darwind. This discussion will cover your career aspirations, industry insights, and how you plan to contribute to the company’s growth. This is also your opportunity to ask in-depth questions about our vision, culture and expectations.

5. job offer

If you successfully complete all interview rounds and we see a strong match, you will receive a job offer. We will discuss the terms of your contract, including salary, benefits, and start date. This is also the moment for you to ask any final questions and ensure everything aligns with your expectations. Once you accept the offer, we will guide you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start at Darwind.

6. feedback moments

Regardless of the outcome, you always have the possibility to ask for feedback. We believe in providing valuable feedback. If you are not selected, we will offer constructive insights on your performance and areas for improvement. Our goal is to make sure you gain something from the experience, whether it leads to a role with us now or helps you in future opportunities.
