Darwind : the Genesis

• Matthias drafted his personal mission statement in 2002 and wanted to create a company that would give its employees a meaningful job, a job that would evolve with their aspirations. The motivation (to deliver) would be the main driver for success.

• His various experiences over more than 15 years showed him that behind the sometimes-shiny façades, you would not always find a reality in line with the image or the stated values. But a positive finding was that if you would invest time and energy in shaping meaningful projects, they would become possible and create massive value for the involved stakeholders.

• Fast forward to 2019, Michaël, Céline and Hélène joined as first believers in “an other way to do consultancy”, where we would start from the consultant and his motivation. And of course, for the customers, there is the assurance that the right two-way fit will always be our priority.
